EE JULIETTE EPS FCS
The Juliette is the improved version of the board that enabled Ethan Ewing to achieve a historic victory at Bells in 2023 and showcase his talent at Trestles in the final, securing him a solid second place in the world rankings that same year. The Juliette is still part of the DNA family, with a more pronounced rocker at the nose and tail that makes tight turns easier and keeps you in the pocket. It is now available in our EPS construction with stringer.
HOW IT SURFS:
The Juliette is designed for speed and commitment. The reduced concave at the front gives it instant acceleration, exactly what Ethan is looking for when he takes off on his front foot. The narrowed tail allows you to push hard without losing control, and the thinner, narrower nose allows Ethan to perform his signature bounces, tight jams and quick recoveries. The rolled deck and thinner rails make it easier to dig in the rail at high speed, resulting in the clean, powerful turn line that Ethan is known for. It's fast, responsive and secure when you push into the lip. This board rewards surfers who push hard, surf tight in the pocket and want a board that follows quick changes of direction.
ITS PLACE IN YOUR QUIVER:
This is your high-performance, top-of-the-range shortboard. When the waves are big, powerful or offer sections to attack, the Juliette is the board for you. It surpasses the DNA in terms of sensitivity and responsiveness. It's a more refined and responsive version, designed for experienced surfers who want to surf fast, with precision and by pressing down on the rail. Ideal for beach breaks, point breaks, reef breaks and all waves where precision is important.
